Health and Medical Education Department Jammu and Kashmir has appointed an enquiry officer to conduct enquiry against a junior pharmacist in Reasi district.
"Sanction is, hereby, accorded to the appointment of Dr. Vijay Basnotra I/C CMO Udhampur as Inquiry Officer to conduct a detailed enquiry into the matter regarding harassment and humiliation of female staff at NTPHC Kunderdhan Tehsil Chassan District Reasi by Israr Hussain Shah, Jr. Pharmacist NTPHC Kunderdhan." Reads an order issued by the Health and Medical Education Department, a copy of which lies with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO).
"The Inquiry officer shall submit its report to the Administrative Department within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of this order," it states further—(KNO)
