Kupwara, 17 May: The National Assessment And Accreditation Council has accredited Government Degree College Kupwara with Grade-A. It has bring Happiness on the Faces of its students as Well as the teaching and Non teaching Staff.
According to some students of Government Degree College Kupwara, they told that the Credit for this accredation goes to the principal of their College Dr Mohammad Farooq Rather , who has been transferred days before to GDC Baramulla.
In a Video clip Which has gone viral on social Media, Students were seen Making the huge Celebrations in the college premisis. They were feeling proud for being the students of Government Degree College Kupwara.
Fire crakers were fired during the celebration in presence of Principal who came from GDC Baramulla immediately after heared the news about Grade-A.
Meanwhile Happiness were seen on the faces of Residents of Kupwara District and people came for the nearer areas to congrulate the College administration and take part in the Celebrations.
College Staff including teaching and Non Teaching Faculty also Celebrated this Achievement and they were seen while cutting the Cakes in the College Park.
Later a short programs was organised immediately in the college Auditorium in which all the staff members expressed their thoughts and happiness with Principal.
In the Last, Principal ended the program with the words, that on papers I have been transferred from this college, but my heart will remain present in GDC KUPWARA in all situations. I will remember whole staff for long time for their love and support.
